Tawney

06232016 AMKE Tawney was picked up on June 23, 2016. She was thin and her right eye was matted shut with dried blood. When the matting was cleaned off, it revealed extensive damage to the eye. She had lost one eye and had possible brain swelling but made a miraculous recovery. She was added to the ed permit in September 2016
