Oakley

Oakley was rescued on 12/14/23 by our friends, The Talon Trust in Evansville, IN.   He was found on the side of the road.  The Talon Trust performed surgery to remove Oakley’s left eye since it was badly injured.  

Oakley needed a permanent home, since losing the eye made him non-releasable, and Soarin’ Hawk was lucky enough to be chosen as his new home.  Oakley spent several months at a volunteer’s home, receiving daily training.  

He is now living at Soarin’ Hawk.  He is a beautiful red phase Eastern Screech Owl.
