Cause of Admission

Bird stuck in grill of car, hit on I69 and I 469.

History

1/15/2025 - SHRR was called by Steve at Franklin Electric to rescue Hawk hit by an employee around I469 and I69, hawk was alive and stuck in the grill of the car. The hawk was eating on the side of the road and was startled due to traffic and flew into the grill. They removed the hawk from the grill and placed it in a box. Upon my arrival, the hawk was unresponsive and appeared to have died.

Transported the hawk to SHRR and it was confirmed dead.
