History

Today a Coopers Hawk was found in a yard on Westview Dr, Angola, Steuben County. A house cat was standing near it. The bird was lethargic, had a right head twist and appeared to have a head injury. The cat is not believed to be involved with the injury. There were no obvious external injuries. I transported the hawk to the I.C.U. where it was dead on arrival. The rescuing family provided photos.
