20220918-Great Horned Owl-1

 Soarin’Hawk received a call from a woman who said there was an owl on the side of the road, since this morning. She put a wooden crate over it until a Soarin’Hawk volunteer could get to him. When we picked him up, he was fairly quiet, but his right wing stuck out a little. When examined at the ICU, the owl was very thin, and the wing did not appear to be broken. He was given fluids and put in a cage for further evaluation. ICU continued to give meds and fluids as needed.
