20210224-Barred Owl-1

On his way to school, Timothy found a barred owl beside the road. He carried the owl to his rural school and called Soarin' Hawk's rescue line.The owl present calm with no visible injuries. I transported him to our treatment facility for evaluation 02/28/21  After further examination , it was discovered that this owl has vision issues. There was no external injuries to help us understand how it got its injuries. It was in a healthy  body condition when we received it. We are treating it's eyes and it has started eating better but still has a guarded outcome 03/15/21 We have moved this owl to our rehabilitation facilities
