20200610-Eastern Screech Owl-1

On June 10th after a big storm rolled thru the young screech was found . It was a wet ball of feathers and a nearby home  found the owl. Did not look to be injured but took to ICU for evaluation. Respectful Submitted Dan Devine. 06/10/2020 This young owl did not appear to have any injuries. Because it is an orphan it will need to stay with us until it can be determined that it can find food on its own and be mature enough to be released 06/29/2020 We felt that this young owl was eating well on its on, now it just needs to mature. It has been moved to our rehabilitation facility  with the other orphaned screech owls 07/19/2020 This owl's condition remains the same
